The Tempest-La Tempestad

This week will be in the bookshops The Tempest, a 132 pages "comics" version of the play by The Bard, poorly illustrated by me.

Well, the truth is that I am quite pleased with the results, specially for the fluidity of the graphic narration. It is the COMPLETE play and hopefully will be fun to read.

Esta semana estará en las librerías La Tempestad, una versión en forma de "historietas" de la obra de Shakespeare dibujada por me.

La verdad es que estoy bastante contento con los resultados, sobre todo por como me salio la fluidez de la narración gráfica. Tiene 132 paginas y es la obra COMPLETA. Tengo la esperanza de que pueda ser divertida de leer

En 1988 empece a dibujar un cuaderno que llamé Nerudianamente "El Libro del Poeta Cariacaballado", que iba a ser una biografia de alguien inexistente. La idea era un poco la continuacion de un proyecto de animacion que llame "Yo" y que no se trataba de mi. Solo alcance a dibujar once escenas para este libro. Estas son las primeras tres.

In 1988 I started to draw a notebook that I called in Nerudian fashion " The book of the horsefaced poet". It was going to be the biography of a non-existent someone. The idea was the continuation of an animated project that I called "Me", even if it had nothing to do with myself.
I only managed to draw eleven scenes for the book. These are the first three.
